   The Legislative Reference Bureau accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution # CB-96-339, January 8, 1997. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federation of State Cultural and Educational Professionals, Local 2382, Pennsylvania Federation of Teachers, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO; covering approximately 390 employes in the rank and file and first-level supervisory units, certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.

   Resolution # CB-96-340, Dated January 8, 1997. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Correctional Institution Vocational Education Association, Pennsylvania State Education Association, National Education Association; covering approximately 300 employes, certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.

   Resolution # CB-97-007, Dated January 22, 1997. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into Memorandum of Understanding with the United Plant Guard Workers of America, Locals 502, 506 and 509; covering approximately 28 employes in the R2 first-level supervisory unit certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.
