   A-210013F0009.  United Water Pennsylvania Inc. Application of United Water Pennsylvania Inc. for approval to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in additional territory in Newberry Township, York County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 1, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
