This Department-initiated general permit authorized the operation of transfer facilities for the processing of used oil filters prior to beneficial use by State inspection facilities, oil retailers, retail service stations or captive processing facilities which collect used oil generated only by the operator of the facility and by the employees of the operator who change their used oil in their vehicles which accepts used oil for recycling. This activity is now authorized by permit-by-rule under 25 Pa. Code § 298.30, promulgated June 2, 2001. The permit was revoked by Central Office on October 1, 2001.

3. To create approximately 10 acres of wetlands within the passive treatment system and the footprint of the removed coal refuse.
To restore existing adjacent wetlands that have been impacted by the abandoned mine drainage.
