6 Due to the plant toxicity of copper and zinc, numeric values under PBRs are based on the 40 CFR Part 503 regulations

7 Chlorides are required for dredged material from tidal basins only

8 GWMSC by SPLP if placement into or along waterways as part of an active or abandoned mine or abandoned quarry reclamation and where groundwater monitoring is being conducted.
