Amended Order

Per Curiam:

   And Now, this 8th day of April, 2003, upon consideration of the Petition to Reestablish the Magisterial Districts of the 60th Judicial District (Pike County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that the Petition, which provides for the reestablishment of the Magisterial Districts within Pike County as they currently exist, to be effective immediately, is granted.

   Said Magisterial Districts will be reestablished as they previously existed:

Magisterial District 60-3-01 Milford Borough
District Justice Charles F. Matamoras Borough
   Lieberman Milford Township
Westfall Township
Magisterial District 60-3-02 Blooming Grove Township
District Justice William N. Greene Township
   Sanquilly Palmyra Township
Magisterial District 60-3-03 Dingman Township
District Justice Alan B. Lackawaxen Township
   Cooper Shohola Township
Magisterial District 60-3-04 Delaware Township
District Justice Stephen A. Lehman Township
   McBride Porter Township
