   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Bucks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0911, 510 South Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.

Lease Expiration Date:  September 30, 2008

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 7,000 to 8,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a 1/2 mile radius of the intersection of Oxford Valley Road and Levittown Parkway, Bristol Township.
