   Errors occurred in the proposed rulemaking which appeared at 37 Pa.B. 5117 (September 15, 2007). The following represents the correct version of the proposed amendments, as deposited by the Environmental Quality Board, with ellipses referring to the existing text of the proposed rulemaking at 37 Pa.B. 5117:

   The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   A manufacturer of consumer products that has been granted an ACP agreement by the CARB under the ACP provision in Subchapter 8.5, Article 4, Sections 94540--94555, of Title 17 of the CCR based on California-specific data, or that has not been granted an exemption by the CARB may seek an ACP agreement by submitting an application.
