 On August 26, 2011, the State Board of Barber Examiners (Board) suspended the licenses of Christopher Lee Towles, license nos. BL052313 and BM093490 of Reading, Berks County. The Board took this action under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County dated August 10, 2011, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
