Exception Request for Easton Hospital; Correction

 A notice for Easton Hospital was incorrectly published at 42 Pa.B. 1331 (March 10, 2012) as a request for exception to 28 Pa. Code § 153.1 (relating to minimum standards) (3-10-, 3.10-3.2.8, 3.10-3.4.2, 3.10-, 3.10-3.8.1 and 3.10-3.8.2).

 The request should have been published as 28 Pa. Code § 153.1, which requires compliance with minimum standards contained in the following publication: Guidelines for Design and construction of Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities. The facility specifically requests exception from the following standards contained in this publication: 2.2-, 2.2-, 2.2- and 2.2-

 The request is on file with the Department of Health (Department). Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, (717) 783-8980, fax (717) 772-2163,

 Persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or facsimile to the Division at the address listed previously.

 Comments received by the Department within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
