Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 Instant Lottery Game

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14.

 2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 instant lottery game ticket is $1.

 3. Prize Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area. The prize play symbols and their captions located in the play area are: FREE (TICKET), $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $4.00 (FOR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20.00 (TWENTY), $40.00 (FORTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $2,000 (TWO THO) and a Lightning Bug (BUG) symbol.

 4. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: Free $1 ticket, $1, $2, $4, $5, $10, $20, $40, $100, $1,000 and $2,000. The player can win one time on the ticket.

 5. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 12,000,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 instant lottery game.

 6. Determination of Prize Winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $2,000 (TWO THO) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets with two matching prize play symbols of $1,000 (ONE THO) and a Lightning Bug (BUG) symbol in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2,000.

 (c) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $1,000 (ONE THO) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

 (d) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $100 (ONE HUN) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (e) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $40.00 (FORTY) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (f) Holders of tickets with two matching prize play symbols of $20.00 (TWENTY) and a Lightning Bug (BUG) symbol in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (g) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $20.00 (TWENTY) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (h) Holders of tickets with two matching prize play symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) and a Lightning Bug (BUG) symbol in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (i) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (j) Holders of tickets with two matching prize play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) and a Lightning Bug (BUG) symbol in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (k) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 (l) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $4.00 (FOR DOL) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

 (m) Holders of tickets with two matching prize play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) and a Lightning Bug (BUG) symbol in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

 (n) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

 (o) Holders of tickets with two matching prize play symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) and a Lightning Bug (BUG) symbol in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

 (p) Holders of tickets with three matching prize play symbols of FREE (TICKET) in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of one Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 instant game ticket or one Pennsylvania Lottery instant game ticket of equivalent sale price which is currently on sale.

 7. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

Get two like amounts and a ''LIGHTNING BUG'' (BUG) symbol, win double that amount!

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 8. Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 instant lottery game tickets.

 9. Retailer Bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which he qualifies on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 10. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within one year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 11. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 12. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Lightning Bucks '14 or through normal communications methods.
