OSM 19(2000)103.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Centralia Demolition Project, Womer Residence, Conyngham Township, Columbia County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include: filter sock, 8" diameter, 245 linear feet; clearing and grubbing; asbestos and hazardous materials; engineering survey; demolition/removal of buildings, structures, equipment and materials; grading 265 cubic yards; offsite topsoil 296 tons; seed mixture 1,254 square yards; commercial fertilizer 180 pounds; pulverized agricultural limestone 1,075 pounds; mulching materials 1,254 square yards; and photographic documentation.
This bid issues on February 17, 2017, and bids will be opened on March 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. Bid documents, including drawings in PDF format and Auto-Cad Map 3D format, may be downloaded for free beginning on the issue date from the Department of Environmental Protection's web site at www.dep.pa.gov/ConstructionContracts.
