Regulation No. 12-108 (# 3232)

 On April 3, 2019, the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (Commission) received this regulation from the Department of Labor and Industry (Department). This rulemaking amends 34 Pa. Code, Part XIV, Chapters 401, 403 and 405. Notice of proposed rulemaking was omitted for this regulation; it will become effective upon publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

 This final-omitted rulemaking updates the Uniform Construction Code by adopting Chapter 11 and Appendix E of the International Building Code of 2018.

 We have determined this regulation is consistent with the statutory authority of the Department (35 P.S. § 7210.304(a)(3)) and the intention of the General Assembly. Having considered all of the other criteria of the Regulatory Review Act, we find promulgation of this regulation is in the public interest.

Regulation No. 16A-5419 (# 3163)

 On March 1, 2017, the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (Commission) received this proposed regulation from the State Board of Pharmacy (Board). This rulemaking amends 49 Pa. Code §§ 27.1, 27.12, 27.601—27.606. The proposed regulation was published in the March 11, 2017 Pennsylvania Bulletin with a public comment period ending on April 10, 2017. The final-form regulation was submitted to the Commission on April 9, 2019.

 This final-form rulemaking amends existing regulations relating to definitions and the practice of pharmacy, and adds regulations relating to compounding.

 We have determined this regulation is consistent with the statutory authority of the Board (63 P.S. §§ 390-4(j) and 390-6(k)(1) and (9)) and the intention of the General Assembly. Having considered all of the other criteria of the Regulatory Review Act, we find promulgation of this regulation is in the public interest.
