Approval of Recommendation for No Change

[51 Pa.B. 2467]
[Saturday, May 1, 2021]

On April 20, 2021, the Environmental Quality Board (Board) approved the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) recommendation for no change to the current designated use of unnamed tributary (UNT) 00770 to Whetstone Run in Delaware County. This decision is in response to a rulemaking petition submitted by the Darby Creek Valley Association requesting that the Board amend 25 Pa. Code § 93.9g (relating to Drainage List G) to upgrade UNT 00770 to Whetstone Run to High Quality—Warm Water Fishes, Migratory Fishes.

The previously referenced recommendation is included in a report that is accessible on the Department's web site at (select ''Public Participation,'' then ''Environmental Quality Board,'' then ''2021 Meetings'').
