Order

And Now, February 8, 2022, the Court Orders as follows:

 1. Local Rule of Civil Procedure 230.2 and Local Rule of Judicial Administration 1901, both titled ''Termination of Inactive Cases,'' are hereby rescinded, effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin;

 2. Local Rule of Judicial Administration 1901.1, governing the termination of inactive cases in the Office of the Prothonotary, is hereby adopted in the form following this Order, effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin; and

 3. The District Court Administrator is Ordered and Directed to publish and disseminate this Order in conformity with Pa.R.J.A. 103.

Rule 1901.1. Termination of Inactive Cases in the Office of the Prothonotary.

 Cases filed in the Office of the Prothonotary in which there has been no activity of record for two years or more shall be subject to termination in the manner provided by Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 230.2.
