Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 3, 2023. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by July 3, 2023. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the listed docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2023-3033570. Compassion Transport, LLC (522 Grant Street, Hazelton, Luzerne County, PA 18201) in paratransit service to transport school aged children and other authorized personnel to and from schools within the County of Luzerne.

A-2023-3039647. All The Way Limo, LLC (2515 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA 17110) in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Adams, Allegheny, Beaver, Berks, Bucks, Butler, Carbon, Chester, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Erie, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Mifflin, Montgomery, Northampton, Perry, Schuylkill, Washington and York, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2023-3040635. ASAP Transportation, Inc. (45 Terry Drive, Trevose, Bucks County, PA 19053) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2023-3040739. Priscilla S. Beiler (2441 Renovo Road, Mill Hall, Clinton County, PA 17751) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the Counties of Centre, Clinton and Lancaster, to points in Pennsylvania, and return. A-2023-3040827. Lauren David Enterprises, LLC, t/a Call Dave! (5047 Wynnewood Road, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA 17109) in airport transfer service, from points in Berks County, to the Philadelphia International Airport, and vice versa.

A-2023-3040924. Eyebrow, Inc., t/a The Bog Limo (341 Adams Avenue, 2nd Floor, Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18501) in limousine service, from points in Lackawanna County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Anna's Angel Transportation, LLC (5819 Forward Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15217) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in nonemergency medical paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington and Westmoreland.

A-2023-3041047. Sarah Car Care, Inc. (7147 Lynford Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19149-1113) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2023-3041084. OM Jai Parvati, LLC, t/a PA Care Transportation (320 South Broad Street, Lansdale, Montgomery County, PA 19446) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Delaware, Lehigh and Northampton, and the City and County of Philadelphia, and to and from Shanti Gardens Adult Day Care and Penn Gardens Adult Day Services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2023-3041033. Blair County Community Action Program (2301 Beale Avenue, Altoona, Blair County, PA 16601) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right, to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Blair County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return, as originally docketed at A-2016-2568410.

A-2023-3041052. All the Way Transportation, LLC (2515 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA 17110) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-6420755, persons in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Adams, Allegheny, Beaver, Berks, Bucks, Butler, Carbon, Chester, Columbia, Cumberland, Delaware, Erie, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Mifflin, Montgomery, Northampton, Perry, Schuylkill, Washington and York, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2023-3041108. Roadrunner Express, Inc. (21 Millside Drive, Wilmington, DE 19801) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right, to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania, excluding service under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, as more thoroughly described in the original ordering paragraph at A-00113274.
