Venue Change for Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission Filings; Administrative Order No. 97

Order

And Now, this 4th day of January, 2023, it is hereby ordered and directed Bucks County Administrative Order No. 97, entered on February 4, 2020, is amended to read in its entirety as follows:

 Effective March 1, 2023, venue for all Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission filings for fare evasion occurring on any portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike located in Bucks County shall lie in Magisterial District Court No. 07-1-09.

 This order is entered in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. No. 605 and at the request of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. The previous assignment of venue is ordered to promote the efficient administration of justice in Bucks County, specifically in Magisterial District Courts 07-3-03 (Ottsville) and 07-1-09 (Warminster).
