Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following properties are available for sale by the Department.

 1. State Route 0056-24S, Parcel 5, East Saint Clair Township, Bedford County. This parcel contains approximately 0.310 acre of unimproved land. The property will be sold in as is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $1,300. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 2. State Route 0056-24S, Parcel 9, East Saint Clair Township, Bedford County. This parcel contains approximately 0.245 acre of unimproved land. The property will be sold in as is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $1,200. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 3. State Route 0056-24S, Parcel 26, East Saint Clair Township, Bedford County. This parcel contains approximately 0.102 acre of unimproved land. The property will be sold in as is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $900. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 4. State Route 0056-24S, Parcel 27, East Saint Clair Township, Bedford County. This parcel contains approximately 0.525 acre of unimproved land. The property will be sold in as is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $1,900. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the sites within 30 calendar days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin to Thomas A. Prestash, PE, District Executive, Engineering District 9-0, 1620 North Juniata Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
