GP5A-63-01017A/AG5A-63-00007B: Diversified Energy Company Plc., 125 Industry Road, Waynesburg, PA 15370, Morris Township, Washington County. Project is for the installation and operation of one (1) Qnergy 5650 PowerGen 5.65kW natural gas-fired thermal electric generator unit (Qnergy unit) with maximum heat input of approximately 0.167 MMBtu/hr. The new unit will generate electrical power to operate an instrument air system to eliminate the use of natural gas-actuated pneumatic controllers. There will be no other operational changes associated with the project. Diversified Energy will continue to comply with all the applicable terms and conditions of GP-5A. The estimated facility-wide CO and NOx emission increase from this project will be 0.30 ton and 0.07 ton respectively. The annual potential emissions increase of CO is less than 4.0 tpy from a single source and during the term of the permit and less than 20 tons of CO at the facility during the term of the permit, for example, below the de minimis threshold per 25 Pa. Code § 127.449(d)(1). The annual potential emissions increase of NOx is less than 1.0 tpy from a single source and during the term of the permit and less than 5 tons of CO at the facility during the term of the permit, for example, below the de minimis threshold per 25 Pa. Code § 127.449(d)(2).
