§ 11.2. Authorization and application of official test.

 (a)  The collection of fecal samples shall be conducted by an accredited veterinarian and the bacterial culturing performed by a laboratory approved by the Department and the United States Department of Agriculture.

 (b)  The histopathological examination of tissues shall be done at an approved laboratory.

   The provisions of this §  11.2 amended under section 20 of the act of July 22, 1913 (P. L. 928, No. 441) (3 P. S. §  430); and section 1702 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. §  442).
