§ 17a.10. Criteria for approval.

 The Department will review a complete application for approval of an optional training program to determine whether the program satisfies the training requirements of section 4(a)—(c) of the act (3 P. S. §  456.4(a)—(c)). The Department will approve an optional training program if it meets or exceeds these requirements.
