LEASING OF INTERMEDIATE UNIT FACILITIES

§ 17.11. Preapproval by Secretary of Education.

A lease for an intermediate unit facility shall be preapproved by the Secretary as required under section 919.1-A of the Public School Code of 1949 (24 P. S. §  9-969.1).
