§ 9.26. Administration of service areas.

 A broadcasting service area shall be administered by a Regional Educational Broadcasting Council in accordance with standards approved by the Secretary, the corporate laws of this Commonwealth and; where applicable, the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission.
