§ 73.123. Loss ratio standards.

 Unless revised loss ratio standards are adopted, the loss ratio standards for the coverages specified shall be as follows:

Loss Ratio Standard
Credit Life 55%
Credit Life with TPD 55%
Credit Accident and Health
 14-Day Retroactive 65%
 14-Day Nonretroactive 65%
 30-Day Retroactive 60%
 30-Day Nonretroactive 60%
Credit Involuntary Unemployment
 30-Day Retroactive 60%
 30-Day Nonretroactive 60%
Credit Voluntary Unemployment 60%
