§ 39.477. Fuses and switches.

 (a)  Employes shall not handle fuses or close switches or circuit breakers unless they are authorized to perform that special duty, and then they shall use the insulating handles or rods provided.

 (b)  Before closing switches employes shall ascertain whether other persons are endangered.
