§ 39.526. Handling live parts.

 No employe should touch, with bare hands, any exposed ungrounded live part above 150 volts to ground, unless he is insulated from other conducting surface, including the ground itself. When employes necessarily touch, at the same time, two parts between which a considerable potential exists, insulating gloves or other protection shall be used.
