SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EXISTING INSTALLATIONS


§ 41.201. Toilet facilities.

 (a)  Toilet facilities shall be provided for each sex in the ratio of at least one for every 25 employes or fractional part thereof.

 (b)  When toilet rooms for men and women adjoin, they shall be separated by partitions extending from floor to ceiling. In buildings with high ceilings the toirooms shall be ceiled over at a height of at least 8 feet from the floor.
