PETITIONS PERTAINING TO OBJECTIONS TO PUBLISHED
REGULATIONS, CRITERIA OR STANDARDS OF THE
DEPARTMENT OR HEALTH SYSTEMS AGENCY


§ 197.61. Persons who may file.

 A person may file a petition requesting the Hearing Board to review regulations, criteria or standards issued or promulgated by the Department or by a health systems agency.
