37 Pa. Code § 203.35. Emergency suspension of school certification.

§ 203.35. Emergency suspension of school certification.

 If a Commission inspector determines that one or more of the following conditions exist at a school, the Executive Director, on behalf of the Commission, may immediately suspend the school’s certification:

   (1)  The condition presents a clear and present danger to the public, students or staff of the school.

   (2)  The condition would cause the students not to receive training required by the act and this part.

   (3)  The school director does not meet the requirements in §  203.37 (relating to minimum standards for school directors).

   (4)  An instructor is subject to revocation under §  203.73 (relating to revocation of instructor certification).
