§ 3041.32. Income counted.

 Income of the following family members is counted to determine financial eligibility:

   (1)  The parent or caretaker of the child for whom subsidy is sought.

   (2)  A parent’s or caretaker’s spouse.

   (3)  Children, excluding a child’s earned income.
