The Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to sell, at public sale to the highest bidder, the following described tract of land with any improvements thereon in Frankstown Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
