§ 27.119. Definition using brackets.


AN ACT

  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, repealing the definition of ‘‘indecent contact’’ relating to sexual offenses.

 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

 Section 1. The definition of ‘‘indecent contact’’ in section 3101 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
§  3101. Definitions.

 The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

 [‘‘Indecent contact.’’—Any touching of the sexual or other intimate parts of the person for the purpose of arousing or gratifying sexual desire, in either person.]
