Notes of Decisions A referee’s finding that there is some likelihood the client will return home requires the conclusion, under 55 Pa. Code § 179.82, that the client’s house is residential property, and is therefore exempted as a resource for medical assistance purposes. Anderson v. Department of Public Welfare, 468 A.2d 1167, 1169 (Pa. Commw. 1983).
